Production process
Kocbek Vanilla Gin is part of the prestigious Kocbek gin series, rooted in the exceptional heritage of pumpkin seeds. The process begins with the creation of a macerate from pumpkin and pumpkin seeds, where natural aromas are slowly released and combined into a rich, oily base. This process unfolds gradually, with precise control of temperature and time to preserve all the precious essences.
This is followed by distillation using the distilled gin method, where selected botanicals are added to form a subtle aromatic backdrop. At the key moment, real vanilla is introduced into the process, giving the gin its roundness, warmth, and seductive softness.
The vanilla is not added as a flavoring, but as a natural ingredient that is distilled together with the base, ensuring a deeper, more refined, and long-lasting taste.
