Production process
Gold47 Light is crafted to the same high standards as its predecessor, Gold47 – with a focus on purity, balance, and character. At its core remains the distinctive combination of star anise and almond.
The ingredients are first macerated in neutral alcohol to release their natural aromas, followed by a carefully controlled distillation process that preserves the most refined and balanced layers of flavor.
The uniqueness of Gold47 Light lies in the post-distillation adjustment of the alcohol level to 23.5%, using only the purest extracts and natural water, with no added sugar or artificial flavors. This preserves the signature character of Gold47, but with a lighter, more refreshing structure.
