Production process

Sibiberry Gin is created in harmony with nature and with a deep respect for the raw materials that give it its unique character. At the heart of the process is haskap berry oz. Siberian blueberry.

First, a precisely balanced macerate of haskap berries and selected herbs is prepared, creating a fruit-herbal base with depth and elegance. After maceration, a carefully controlled distillation follows, preserving the purest aromatic notes and ensuring a full-bodied flavor without sharp edges.

But the true uniqueness comes after distillation: the gin is then aged for 47 days in wooden barrels, where it gains additional flavor, aroma, softness, gentle warmth, and subtle woody tones that round out the fruitiness of the haskap into a perfect whole. Aging in wood gives it character – slightly earthy, more mature, and irresistibly seductive.
