At the heart of this exceptional gin, the heritage of Oljarna Kocbek blends with the mastery of modern distillation. From a carefully prepared macerate of pumpkin seeds and pumpkin, aged over different periods, the flavors and aromas of 46 selected herbs are gradually released in a measured rhythm. Each herb contributes its own verse – together they create a complete poetry of flavor.

Aging is our ally. In the embrace of time, each ingredient is given space to breathe, to blossom, to reveal its best side. When the moment is right, a slow, gentle distillation follows, where the juniper base once again takes the lead – now enriched with the earthy warmth of pumpkin.

Using the purest demineralized water, a balanced distillate with 47% alcohol is created, which is then left to age for an additional 47 days – allowing every tone to round out and every edge to soften.
