Production process
Heaven & Hell Gold47 is created through a process where every phase is designed with precision, patience, and deep respect for the ingredients.
At the start, a precisely balanced combination of 47 natural botanical extracts is prepared, with star anise and almond standing out. Star anise brings warmth, a lightly spicy sweetness, and that mysterious spice note that unlocks the depth and richness of the flavor. Almond rounds out the composition with a soft, gentle nutty note, adding a silky texture and a rich, almost creamy character to the gin.
All ingredients are first macerated in neutral grain alcohol, allowing their aromatic properties to slowly unfold. This is followed by a controlled distillation process, carried out slowly and in several stages, to capture only the purest aromas of star anise and almond.
In the final stage, the gin rests, allowing the aromas to fully merge. The result is a perfect balance of spice, softness, and strength – a signature found only in Gold47.
