Production process

Kocbek napitek nastaja v duhu tradicije in z natančnostjo, ki je značilna za celotno linijo Kocbek ginov. V središču postopka je macerat buče in bučnih semen, pripravljen iz skrbno izbranih sestavin, ki jih prepojimo z žitnim alkoholom, da počasi sprostijo svojo toplino, oreščkasto globino in naravno sladkost.

To this base profile, selected winter spices and herbs are added—such as cinnamon, cloves, orange peel, and a hint of vanilla—together creating a rich aromatic structure: warm, full-bodied, and multi-layered.

The gin is then allowed to rest, so the flavors can blend and round out. As this is a special mulled gin, the blend is already prepared for immediate enjoyment, with no further preparation needed. Warming it releases deeper aromatic layers that emerge at higher temperatures, but it’s just as delightful served chilled.
