INSPIRED BY LUŠT BASIC is derived from our award-winning London Dry Inspired by Lušt gin, but is crafted in a softer, more subdued interpretation, where everything is focused on warmth, subtlety and natural lightness of taste.
The aroma of the Lušt tomato is expressed here not as an achievement or a trick, but as a memory of the sun. It gently unfolds in the form of a warm, juicy, slightly herbal note, which carries within it the feeling of a home garden at the end of August — when everything is ripe, slow and alive.

Production process
Inspired by Lušt Basic Gin is created using a process that respects the nature of the ingredients and highlights what is most beautiful about tomatoes: warmth, juiciness and sunny aromatics. It is based on the signature of our award-winning London Dry Inspired by Lušt gin, but refined into a more gentle, calm version - for everyday elegance.
The first step is to create a macerate from selected Lušt tomato fruits, which develops slowly, under a controlled temperature. The macerate rests long enough for the tomatoes to release their natural aromatic layers: a slight sweetness, the warmth of ripe fleshiness, and that gentle, almost grassy, herbal tone that is characteristic only of high-quality, ripe tomatoes.
Then follows precise distillation with selected botanicals, chosen to emphasize the natural character: purity, juiciness and delicate herbal freshness. No aggression, no unnecessary additives - just time, patience and respect for the raw material.
