Gold47 Alcohol Free is crafted with the same dedication, precision, and respect for ingredients as its alcoholic original. At its heart remain star anise and almond, whose distinctive aromas form the foundation of this alcohol-free elixir.
The spicy, herbal, and floral ingredients are first macerated in a gentle alcoholic base, allowing the purest essential oils and aromas to be released. Once the perfect flavor is achieved, the alcohol is carefully removed through a low-temperature distillation or vacuum extraction process. This technique preserves all the complex aromatic layers while ensuring complete alcohol removal.
