Production process
The embrace of the macerate of pumpkin and pumpkin seeds, in the intoxication of the different time periods, allows for the flavor diffusion of adding 46 herbs. Aging is our ally, bringing out the finest poetry from every herb. In a gentle, slow distillation process, a juniper base is evoked from the dominant pumpkin, mixed with the best demineralized water, is evoked from the predominantly aromatic pulp and combined to a 47% alcohol content after a further aging of 47 days. The key to our ultimate success is the timing and gentleness of the magical potion.
